I’m so excited to find this blog! I lived in B/quilla for 3 years and really miss the food. My neighbor often made me a breakfast food she called ‘bollo’ that she served with sour cream. I think it was made from the white corn meal, but maybe it was yuca. Do you have any ideas?

Julie- We have bollo de yuca(cassava) or bollo de chocolo(corn).
I have the recipe here for envueltos de chocolo they are similar to bollos de chocolo.
Thank you for visiting and I hope this help you!
