Italian Sausage is a weakness of mine since I moved to Jerz, and this is exactly the way I would want it cooked. I love peas! Great dish and she is a sweetie, but so are you Erica!

A great weekday meal, esp. when you have no desire to spend 30 minutes in the kitchen to cook!
