Vacation
I am taking a few days off to go on vacation, so I prepared menus for every day of the week using some of my favorite recipes. I will be back with new posts next week. Please continue to comment as I may be checking them while on vacation and if not, I will check them when I return.

Hi Erica – Have fun on vacation – I’m sure it’s well-deserved and much-needed! I’m having my first giveaway and just wanted to let you know you’re entered one time already because you’re one of my followers – yay! And cheese stuffed corn cakes – now THAT’S calling my name. Everything sounds delish. I know I’d love Colombian food ~ I love Mexican and Cuban so even though it’s not the same, I bet there are some similarities and so far everything on here looks muy bien!
