This simple guacamole is very easy to make and delicious with tortilla chips and more.

I love avocados and my favorite way to eat them is making a simple guacamole and served with tortilla chips. This recipe is not Colombian, but we like to use it as a dip for some of our appetizers and top our arepas.
Some of my favorite ways to use guacamole are plantain nachos, patacones with carne desmechada (fried plantains with shredded beef, hot dogs with guacamole and arepas with chili and guacamole.
