I made this for the family the other night. It was the BEST hot chocolate I've ever had, and I'm kind of a chocolate snob. We're cooking Colombian food this week, and I'm using a few of your other recipes, too. Thank you so much for sharing them!

Wow..this would be such a rich hot chocolate. I make mine with whole milk and dark chocolate cubes and sometimes a little cream added. With condensed milk and evaporated milk both it would be awesome.
Loved your blog Erica...would be back again to see the treasure.

Do Colombians ever use both evaporated and condensed milk in their hot chocolate, or is that something you like to do?

My son asked me to make Columbian food. I found your web site and made a delicious meal of chicken cutlets, beans, plantain and arepas with cheese. Add a fresh avocado and we were all so full and happy that this recipe will have to wait …maybe only until later tonight!! I will be making more foods from your site for sure…Thanks!
