I created this Passion Fruit and Coconut dip for a quick snack the other day and it was a hit with my family. The sweet and creamy condensed milk and coconut milk combines so well with the fruity tartiness of the passion fruit, and the coconut adds a fantastic crunch. It's heavenly served with graham cracker on the side.

This dessert idea is one of my new favorites, as it is very easy to make and versatile. Next time I am going to make it with limes or lemons. What a great appetizer for football season!

    Buen Provecho!
