    Tangerine FloatPin

I was introduced to ice cream soda floats 26 years ago when I moved to the United States. What is not to like about this delicious, sweet and refreshing drink.

Fresh tangerine juice is a popular drink in Colombia and one of my favorite drinks. I decided to create a tangerine ice cream float and the result was better than I imagine.

Tips to Make an Ice Cream Float

You can add to the glass the ice cream first or the juice first.

Serve it immediately with a straw and spoon on the side.

Chill the glass for a couple of minutes before making this recipe, it will help to keep the float cold longer.

Well, that made me smile! I used to love floats...all kinds. But usually with colas. Love that you've used fresh citrus in this. Makes it perfect, Erica.
