I’ve been hearing so much about cassava lately, I even bought a bag of cassava chips. They’re just like potato chips, but that fried cassava above looks way better. :)

I’ve never cooked with yuca, Erica. Nice round-up! I see it in Whole Foods, now I’ll have to try some of your recipes!

I so love my yuca, but my husband does not…so I usually eat it out/. Great recipes…

Yum! Como me gusta la yuca! It’s a shame that it’s so hard to source here in the Netherlands!

I live in the South West in Southern AZ so Yuca is usually in the stores here. Recently I was given a bag of Toasted Manioc Flour I need recipes to use it. Do you have any? There was one on the bag to use with eggs but it was more like breakfast.
Can this be used to make anything else? From my research I understand it is a yuca flour.
