I created this Passion Fruit and Coconut dip for a quick snack the other day and it was a hit with my family. The sweet and creamy condensed milk and coconut milk combines so well with the fruity tartiness of the passion fruit, and the coconut adds a fantastic crunch. It’s heavenly served with graham cracker on the side.
This dessert idea is one of my new favorites, as it is very easy to make and versatile. Next time I am going to make it with limes or lemons. What a great appetizer for football season!
Buen Provecho!
Ingredients:
1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
1/4 cup passion fruit pulp
1/2 cup coconut milk
1/2 cup shredded coconut
Graham crackers to serve
Directions:
1. In a blender blend the sweetened condensed milk, passion fruit pulp and coconut milk until well combined.
2. Add in the shredded coconut and stir well. Place in the fridge for at least two hours before serving. Serve it with graham crackers on the side.
