I love avocados! This delicious, healthy and versatile ingredient is a staple in Colombian kitchens and my Colombian-American kitchen is no exception.

This ingredient is creamy with amazing flavor and can be used in soups, dips, salads, appetizers, desserts and even drinks.

How to Ripen Avocados 

Place the avocados in brown paper bags and keep the bag in dark place like inside your pantry or kitchen cabinet.
