Watermelon juice or Jugo de Sandia is delicious and extremely refreshing on a hot day. Try it, your kids will love you for it!
Ingredients
(4 Servings)
5 cups watermelon, peeled and cut into chunks
1 cup crushed ice
¼ cup ice water
2 tablespoons sugar
Directions
Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Serve immediately and enjoy!

As everyone says, it looks incredibly refreshing! I used to have watermelon juice often in Vietnam, but for some reason I’ve never bothered to make it here in the U.S. However, now that I have your recipe for it, this will soon change!

I also add little chunks of the watermelon to gloat in it…. the kids love the extra crunch!
