I had an avocado soup a long time ago and keep thinking of it. I know it's almost winter, but I am wondering how I can make it with corn. And ideas? And that always LOL leads to me wanting spicy food...goodness I need serious Spanish food intervention 🙂

All of these soups sound fantastic! Great for cold weather. I'm particularly fascinated by the black bean and of course the corn, coconut and shrimp. Yum! Happy Thanksgiving!
